SHIPPING POLICY
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our
shipping policy.
All our customers and resellers must order through our
website rich.onpay.my . If you pay manually, your order must be attached
with proof of payment. We will not process any order without proof of payment.
Payment must be made once you place order through our website. If no payment is
made within 7 days, your order will automatically discarded. There is no
minimum purchase with Rich Wholesaler .
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are
experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We will contact you via email or telephone if this matter arises.
All prices on our website do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be added during the checkout process. Please take note of
the possible charges and free shipping items. We try our best to deliver your
items within the delivery period stated. A separate email with the tracking
number details will be sent once the order is process.
We do both domestic and international delivery for certains
countries such Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, and other country.
Shipping method :
Peninsular Malaysia / Sabah / Sarawak: Ninja Van/J&T
Courier unless stated Malaysia Shipping
Peninsular Malaysia : 3 – 5 business days with exceptions on
weekends and public holidays.
Sabah / Sarawak : 3 – 7 business days with exceptions on
weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send
you an email containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the
status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your
registered email address. Please check your spam box/junk mail in case it’s
there!

I received my order, but one of the items is missing. What
should I do?
If these happen to you, kindly email us your order detail

Write us about the missing items disputs within 1 week of
receiving your parcel. You will have to return and we will replace the items
immediately. If you would like a refund instead, the process will take about 2
weeks.
It’s up to your choice/convenience either to your home or
office address. But please ensure there is someone who would be able to standby
at that address by the moment Pos Laju Malaysia delivers the parcel. In the
event of no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two
attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest Pos Laju Malaysia
office or sent back to us. We WOULD NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel
returned to us due unavailability of the customer by the time parcel delivered.
You have to bear the shipping cost for second time shipping.
